The new model seems to be based on the same battery just more capacity. Is that correct?

These two articles state 2025 has new battery chemistry:
https://insideevs.com/news/716351/p... pack sees the,expert, is more energy density.

Battery and Power Improvements
All versions of the Taycan get new batteries. The standard pack will increase to an 83.6-kWh usable capacity. Above that, the new Performance battery pack, which is optional on the base and 4S Taycan and standard on the Turbos, takes usable capacity to 97.0 kWh. This new battery pack features a new chemistry with a higher nickel content that has kept dimensions consistent with the outgoing unit, while still significantly increasing capacity. Because of this, Porsche says the new Performance battery weighs 19 pounds less than the old one. Despite more standard equipment, overall curb weight for the Turbo S is a claimed 33 pounds less.

From that first link;
The battery pack sees the most significant changes. Porsche switched to a Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) 811 chemistry—which means eight parts nickel to one part manganese to one part cobalt—from NMC 712 chemistry. What that means, if you’re not a chemistry expert, is more energy density.

However, this link is for the 2020 model year and says NMC 712;

We know the battery chemistry changed as of the 2021 model year, so;
2020: NMC 712
2021-2024: ?
2025: NMC 811

Does this mean that my 2021 (delivered in Jan/22) has the NMC 712 version? If my battery ever requires replacement during the 8 year 100K warranty will it always be the LG NMC 712 version or the current NMC 811 technology?

Note sure what the 2021 has for battery chemistry, hence the ?, but currently it would be replaced with same.
Long term I'm hoping they will incorporate the latest into replacements.
