Electronic wheel alignment to fix a Warn and Brake Assist restricted alert

Hi looking for members experience on this one.
I had a Warn and Brake assist restricted alert which stopped cruise control working.
My local garage’s explanation and fix was that my camera was out of alignment caused by a stone or a bump/pothole putting the suspension out of alignment ( depending on who I spoke to).
The fix was Electronic wheel alignment and a £250 charge as this was deemed to be outside of warranty.
Do any other forum members have this experience?

Had this same experience while under warranty, dealer had to calibrate the camera but didn't need a wheel alignment.
