Not true in the UK.
During the standard routine checks and the boring video you get sent, they noted I didn’t have NF0 rated tyres but also said that was no problem at all, but advised I notified insurance as it could potentially be classed as a modification from manufacturer spec - but i suspect they were just covering backsides. But the important message was there was no issue with the dealership.

Here at least, there isn't a check of you're extending your warranty while the car still has it's manufacturer warranty. They just send you a bill and that's it.

are there any experiences to share on swapping same brand on the same car summer tires from NF0 to NF1 tires?

Did that. Both types as good as they are.
I'd say identical. Marketing won't.

I had the Hankook Ion Evo on my 21" Cross Turismo wheels and they were MUCH quieter than the Pirelli PZero.
Also a lot less wheel hop when tyres were cold, and overall performance was very close.

I’ve now got the asymetric 5 before I had the 3.

My tires should be coming to an end in the coming months so I am just starting the search... so far I am leaning towards the Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 plus.

It is a UHP and seems like a good compromise of performance and wear at UTQG 560 AA.

* I have 21" sizes

Hankook Ion Evo is a Grand touring tire and seems like it would be more comfortable, quieter and (better range?) but offer less grip and lower treadwear at UTQG 320 AA.

If any one has used both and give us real world experience let us know.
I'm leaning to performance and if it offers longer life then even better. The noise of my current PZero dont bother me at all so comfort and noise is second to me over performance and in this case seems like longevity aswell.

I had my car delivered on 20' Michelin pilot 4 (not s) and been pleased with them. Got a set of 21's with GY F1 this summer and thought they were quite good. More noise - maybe a little too much - and slightly less comfortable but its 21 vs 20 so to be expected. However as we are now transitioning into wintertime with lower temps and wet conditions, I find them absolute rubbish. Worst tires I have ever had wrt. braking in the wet below 5-10C. They are not worn out but will swap next year. Did some reading and seems they score badly in those conditions. For winter tires I use 20' Michelin Xice north 4 SUV (studded and no NF) , and they are fantastic on ice and snow.

Really interested in hearing ffrom those witth experience with conti 7 or Hankook Ion for the 21s

Same. Interesting thread.
I have OE Pzero PZ4 Eletr on my CT4S and i like the turn in feel and grip, but their propensity to resonance is the worst i have ever had in any vehicle.

The PZero equipped Macan 4 loaner i am driving temporarily (different 21 dims with a lot more tire wall) is just as bad.

Are Hankool Ion's a match for Pirelli in terms of grip ?

I would say ‘no’ to the same level of grip. I’ve gone from PZero to Hankook Ion and now just back to PZero - but that’s only because I had a non repairable cut in one of my rears and it seems at the moment they just isn’t any stock of Hankook - so I had to replace all 4 😣 and just defaulted back to PZero.
Noise and efficiency certainly better on Hankook, grip and handling better on PZero. I also didn’t experience Ackerman effect (juddering on slow hard turns) in the cold on Hankooks and I’m expecting that back this winter. The desire for max grip definitely has nothing to do with @prj and something he sent me 😉

oh and the first set of PZero did around 7.5k miles (!) and the Hankooks had done 12k and still had 4-5mm tread left. So massive difference in wear.

I should maybe clarify my negative statements abt. The GY asymm. They are 3's not 5 or 6 so my comment may not be relevant for those, but I see the newer versions dont get much praise for wet properties either, and I also experience the 'ackerman' issue in slow hard turns to an extent I first suspected something wrong in the suspension. Only after the temperature dropped though

I just went back to PZero (NF1), after having gone through two sets of Asymmetric 5. There are a couple of on/off ramps on my daily commute I occasionally like to take in spirited fashion--grip and response are far superior with the PZero. We shall see how long the updated 280 over 220 tread wear will last this time around. But hey, gotta pay to play.

I couldn’t get the NF1 this time, which is a shame. Last PZero NF0 lasted 7k miles.
