Was on a road trip last week and called in at Porsche Edinburgh for a charge at the 350KW chargers their before setting off down the A1.

The first was on but the touch screen didn't work - the 2nd did not like my Porsche charge RFID card - said it wasn't valid? So ended up not charging which was a bit disappointing.

I did not bother to call in at the P Center to discuss as we had a long trip ahead they had only just opened and it was a Saturday - plus I had another option for charging a bit further along the route. Cut my losses...

The card works as I used it at various IONITY and OSPREY chargers during the trip with no problems and have also used it a PORSCHE Sheffield without an issue.

Anyone any thoughts or had the same issue? Anyone used the Edinburgh chargers recently?

Thanks

Every Porsche center that installs the 350kw chargers has to go through registering them with the service and other bureaucracy. Until that is done no card works and the center only has them for their own use. I’ve had this discussion with a local Porsche dealer..
