Hi guys,

I recently had a Taycan turbo fixed that was crashed damage. I replaced the full front end and thankfully it’s back on the road and safe to drive.
I took it to porche this week and they told me that there’s quite a few faults linked to the by parking sensors, aid assist and the servo flaps. They didn’t specify the faults codes but These are all parts that have been bought from new and replaced and all parts that fit in the front bumper and use the same wiring loom.
Does anyone know what would cause these faults? Is it a recalibration of sensors or could it be fuses?
The only code that appears on the dash is for front parking assist but nothing else.

Some codes may show just because the cables were disconnected at one point, some fault codes may just be gone and never return after clearing them.

Get MapEV Diag (search here on the forum), it's free and will show you the exact codes.
You only need some cheap $10 ENET cable to connect your taycan to a PC.

If you expect actual coding will be needed, there are ways to download PIWIS III as an ISO, load it as a VM, and use some piwis obd dongle from aliexpress, that will cost you about $60 total.

Some electrical parts need to be coded to the car using the Porsche PIWIS system, other parts need calibrated to the limits of travel, these are easy to do with the main dealer and a select few independent garages.

The garage should be able to explain to you what is required to clear each code if you ask them.

I used a Enet cable and downloaded the software. Im still getting errors for the parking sensors servo flapps. I’ve slowly opened the servo flaps manually. The back sensors are working now but In terms of the front parking sensors, all the front ones are not working. Could this linked to a dodgy fuse?
