First long journey impressions

Finally added some 190 miles to my car, meaning I'm nearly at 500 miles on the clock lol

Car drives lovely, looking at a max range of between 240-260 at temps varying between 6*c and 2*c on the 21"s, so given next winter I'll be on 19"s, and will be enjoying regen by then, I reckon it will be where I thought it would be.

Have to report I'm extremely disappointed to have had a red circle electrical system fault on the way down, after around 85 miles. I couldn't even understand the message, the English was that poor. I was on the motorway, but coasted into the services.

No noticeable faults, not down on power etc so I turned it off and on again and the message went and it seemed to be absolutely fine.

I contacted my dealer anyway and drove the car back without a reoccurrence.

Very annoying at 380 miles on the clock!

If it happens again, I'll take a photo and post it.

Those random warnings remind me of Windows 95 and the blue screen of death. Reboot and all is well.

With so many sensors on the car etc it's a possibility...key thing is how they deal with it (you'd expect an error code to be logged) and if it recurrs.

I've spoken with the service department today and logged that I had an issue.

I'll get porsche recovery out next time (if indeed there is a next time).

The car is otherwise sublime pretty much.

I still need to sit down and configure things.

Intelligent octopus seems to be working very well through my Ohme app.
