PRG seem to have poor workshop availability for the Taycan. I usually use Reading but I have recently booked my 4S CT into Solihull for its first service. Reading wanted the car for 2 days and no loaner available until the end of August. By contrast Solihull (Sytner) are doing it in one day on 8th July with loan car and I have now added the high voltage heater replacement (recall) and when I phoned to ask if it could be done at the same time they said we have already added it and it will all be done in one day.
Also worth trying High Wycombe as that is reasonably close to you. I tried them but their price for the first service was padded out with "value create" items adding about £180 to PRG price. Solihull were about £10 cheaper than Reading. I am in the Midlands every Monday so not really out of my way.

Is that the first date when you get a loaner? That's pretty much the norm for the 2 service centres I have used. Mine's just gone into Edinburgh for a 'chasis' fault but luckily it went in via Porsche Assist so I got a loaner straight away. It would have been a lot longer if I had tried to book it in myself.

No, nothing to do with loaner, just the first date they had. I really love the Taycan but Porsche after sales would put me off buying another. I also have a 993 but always use independents for services
