May 2021 taycan now been off the road for 10 days as heater is u s. Replacement from Germany week 51/52. Porsche uk provided at enterprise rental bmw 4 series And refuse to upgrade. Dealer is unwilling to assist. Fantastic car but bl**dy awfull service ! Anyone else in the same boat ?

That is a pain, but I think it's how it is at the moment. Not necessarily a specific Porsche or specific dealer thing.

Covid/Microchips is affecting everything including getting spare parts and courtesy cars (as in there aren't any!).

Example. My car is due a new door handle and the earliest they can get me a courtesty car for a single day is late January.

By contrast, my business partner ordered a new Macan from the same dealer pre Covid.
His previous Merc has to suddenly be returned early and Porsche just gave him a brand new Cayman S to use for 2 months while waiting for his Macan.

Shortly after someone bumped it and drove off and they just picked it up and delivered him another brand new one to use.
All damage covered on their insurance.

As I say, it is what it is at the moment unfortunately.
