Since the 2023 Taycan Update I saw that the car charges at home just 6,4 Kw instead of the 11 Kw before the update.
Or is there another reason?

In North America Porsche limited the PMC+/PMCC EVSE (the external Porsche charger) to 50% of its original capacity (see this thread for more details). Someone from the UK just reported their dealers saying the Porsche EVSE's have a stop sale on them (see this post) due to similar issue, so perhaps you have ran into the same problem.

I would suggest trying a different, non-Porsche EVSE (outside charger)? Perhaps public charger to test, or a friend with a non-Porsche charger at their home capable of delivering 11KW (or at least more than 6.4KW). Also, in North America you can override the charge rate back to the full rate for a specific session - it can be unreliable and resets back automatically on next reboot, but at least you should be able to see higher charge rate to confirm your car is able to take it.
