I opened this expecting to find some hints on taking on the track….

When I got my allocation, I received an email with a link that added the car to my existing Porsche login.

You should have got an email when the order was placed?

Thanks for helping out. I haven't received an Email as of today. Maybe I'm too early. I do know that my freeze date expired. I have a Porsche code. Did you receive the email after your car was in production? Thanks again

I received my allocation 6/15 and got an email 6/16; I believe this was trigged by my dealer entering my order into the system.

The first step (of the 14), is order created.

did you pickup somebody else's allocation? If you did a new order, dealer would have linked your order with your email and you get an invite to open a Porsche account, then with the portal, there's the track y our dream sub-site that allows you to follow the car from locked date to production, to vessel transportation to your dealer. Sounds like all those are skipped if you got a VIN already.

Have you dealer add you to the system to trigger a Porsche invite for account creation.

I had to call Porsche cs because they had misspelled my email address. They were able to find my order with the allocation and Vin number. Email with the link arrived within a day.
