How to prepare the battery for a charge

....and so today I asked My porsche to warm the battery (with about a 20 min run ahead of me) and she resonded "Your battery will be cooler soon"!

It's a load of porkies!

I tried this command and nothing happened. Got variations of will be warm/cooler soon.

Then one day last week noticed the internal temperature had changed instead!

Hi.
I have the same question as the original poster.
Was there an agreed best solution?

- Does the voice commend actually get the battery ready for a fast DC charge?
- Otherwise, is Sport+ the only other way (when I don't know exactly when and where I will stop). This isn't ideal because I don't necessarily want hard suspension. Or, can I achieve the same goal using individual mode?
