I’m going to give up!

Brought my car in for two warranty issues:

1. Heads-up display was dead and a crazy sound was coming
2. Drivers assist stopped working

point 1 should be fixed in a previous visit but they made me come again.

Point 2 - the car dash is full of errors and they try to give it back to me. WTF. Yes I get a loaner every time but I don’t want to spend half a day every week.

Later edit: I left the dealership with the same loaner.
Later edit 2: they called me and said I left with the wrong loaner…. I had to send picture it was the same car. Funny

You need to take the car to a proper Porsche dealership brother. I wouldn’t say SoFlo dealerships are top notch, but Porsche West Broward has treated me well.

I have the same experience with Porsche West Broward for service, and I use them exclusively now. I used Champion for many years on previous Porsches and lost my patience. Porsche West Broward's service department is run very well, but their sales department less so.

Oddly enough, I much prefer purchasing from Champion, less dealer funny business and much better allocation availability. Porsche West Broward is in litigation with Porsche now I believe due to unfair allocation distribution of some sorts.
