I know many conventional superchargers are tricky with the Tacan as you end up using 2 bays.

However, I also know that some Tesla superchargers are designed differently, without that issue.

Is there a way of telling?

top left, filter sign. select region, country etc. In "stall type" select "V4" and that will give you the stations with the new units, longer cables. Bit clunky but I couldn't find a V4 filter anywhere else.

I use the PlugShare or Chargemap app and look at the pictures of the specific Tesla charger.

If is has a rubber bar 1 meter in front of the charger ussually It is difficult not to use 2 bays. If it doesnt you can park it with the front of the Taycan between the charters.

Best ones are on the side of the bay. The worst if the charger is in front in the middle of the bay because you cant approach close enough.

I have also used the V4. It works well but you can also use older ones.
