Sold my car today for $48K, considering, I got about 8k due to a diminished value claim, takes me to $56K. I bought the car with $86K 3 years ago.

Not to bad to lose $30k+$1.5k in tires + $2k in 4y service= $33.5k in 36 months.

I'm very sad I had to sell it. I loved this car but shipping it to Europe was a non option.

I'll look to buy either a 24/24 CT4 or wait for a Cayenne EV to hit CPO level.

I'm sad

I can imagine, 1K$/month isn't bad, I'm expecting the same for mine roughly.
And same, would love a CPO Cayenne Coupé S, but not sure if people will sell them so much in 2 or 3 years from now

I ended up selling it for $47,500 the day before I left the US and they are trying to sell it with $54,000 now.

Not a wow price but I’m ok, when I’m factoring in tires, 4years service, some repairs and electricity this is the math:

bought in June 2023 with 90k OTD (trade and sales tax included)
- received 47.5k now
- received 7k on diminished value on someone hitting my bumper
- 1.6k on tires
- 2k 4y maintenance
- 1k random out of warranty repairs
- $200 in charging in 3y (I had free charging at the office and had a bug where Electrify America was ALWAYS free, even after the free stuff expired)

Total cost of ownership about: $40,300 in 36 months.

likely I saved another 5k in gas over 3 years (maybe more?) so the net cost was about $1k per month and I think it had been worth it.

now I drove a 4S in Europe that died in 2 weeks :)))

i’m trying to convince my wife to get the cayenne once we find a CPO early next year
