Insurance Problem between Taycan Turbo and Turbo S

Hi All,
I've recently moved from a Taycan Turbo to a Turbo S and Porsche Insurance refused to insure the Turbo S due to the value. I had to cancel it and go through another underwriter, which cost four times that of the Turbo.
Moreover, I have to ensure the gate to our driveway is shut every night!

That's annoying, especially the gate bit! Are they normally worth checking? I'd rather assumed they'd be a bit like porsche brand windscreen washer fluid. i.e. the wrong price.

I bet part of it is the new policy is based on the current increased rates coming through across the board. Whereas the existing policy wasn't.

The gate nonsense reminds me of my watches insurance.
If I am not wearing them and they are not in the safe, they have to be in the same room I am. ?

Can just imagine getting a case of the squits and running to gather the watches before dashing to the toilet.
Or answering your front door to a shady scammer person with a load of watches all up your arm.
