Integrated Spotify gets stuck on "Loading"

Hi all,

Something I noticed after the uPdate, spotify in general seems ok. I link account via the app and the car picks that up.
I find sometime I get in the car and spotify is stuck. The album covers update but no audio. its stuck on time 00:00

So I have to switch to radio.

Sometimes I get in and spotify is working fine.

If I unlink and relink via the phone it works.

I have an inkling that if you turn the car off with spotify running and then it seems do this... but could just be a coincidence. There is no way to easily 'reboot' spotify.

any tips?

Sorry, not experienced this.

Sounds like a connectivity issue - either the integrated SIM in the car (signal strength) - does Apple Music work or behave in the same sporadic way?

Have you checked the linking on My Porsche website under Media - Apple & Spotify should be listed as linked?

Yes it's linked, as I said some to ones it's works fine. It just that Spotify doesn't seem to recover from the car being switched off and back on later.

Apple music no idea. never used it.

You could try Apple (free subscription with the car and then you can cancel) to see if it behaves the same - it should (logically) which suggests connectivity issues (comms module, LTE module , etc) and if not then the issue is Spotify related.
