My iphone won't connect wirelessly to my 2025 ct4s.
There was sn update that i allowed on the car today. No idea what it was. Must have come out over the past 8 days.
Won't connect to my wifes iphone either.
It does recognise both phones but struggles to complete.
Meanwhile my iphone says I am /I'm not connected. Driving me insane. Have tried renaming my iphone. Same thing. Have switched everything off and on. No good.
I can connect via usb.
Any clues anyone? Anyone have the same issue?
uk based.
Many thanks

Try couple of things.

First, cycle the BT on your iPhone on and off. If that doesn't work, delete (Forget this device) and reconnect with your vehicle to see if that works.

Good luck.

Did all that. In different sequences. Having been brought up with Macs, it's what you do i guess. Nothing seems to work. I was hoping that someone had a similar problem with the update and was a "known" problem. Even drive the car to a place away from home that has better reception. My house is near a known blackout spot. Still no improvement. Phones get to the pairing stage then the whole set up falls apart.
Thanks

I am currently experiencing the same thing. No phone / carPlay starting yesterday. I didn't install an update, it just stopped working.
I've had constant connectivity problems with this car in just about 2-yrs of ownership. Car has no connection to My Porsche app.
I've taken it for service 3 times, and they can usually get it reset, but it konks out again within a few weeks.
I used to have steady CarPlay, even though nothing else connected, but now even that's gone.

Lifting the 12V negative battery cable for ~30-min can reset things for a little while, but that's annoying to do.

I had a very similar problem with my ‘21 Taycan 4S. In my case my iPhone repeatedly failed to connect to wireless CarPlay. The dealer ended up replacing the PCM to the tune of $6000 (fortunately covered by my extended warranty). I suspect however that the problem was more mundane in that my AirPod Pro charging case was simultaneously plugged into the USB-C port in the center console. The tech at the dealer suggested hat the PCM was “confused” by the USB-C connection. I would suggest that nothing be plugged into the USB-C port in the center console.
