Hi All -

I own a 2021 Taycan Turbo S with Mission E wheels which I love, but I am considering a second set of wheels/tires for the Summer. I really like the new Aero Design wheels for the J1.2 Taycan (see attached pic), especially since they offer a supposed 40km of additional range over the gen. 1 Mission E wheel.

I'm considering purchasing the Aero Design Wheel Set (which appears to include the new Hankook iON evo tires) listed on Suncoast Parts: https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/sku9jx21aero.html

I have seen some discussions on the forum around J1.1 vs. 1.2 wheel/tire sizing etc., but my specific question for the group is whether I should expect to run into TPMS sensor and PCS communication issues and/or any other considerations I'm not thinking of? Thanks in advance!

I can tell you that putting a J1.1 wheel on a J1.2 car requires replacing the TPMS. I suspect the reverse is also true. They don't connect to the PCM.

Nice wheels BTW.
