Hi All

Just about to order a CT4S. I was going to order the CT4, but delivery of the 4S will be quicker apparently.

Ive added a few options and wondered if there are any obvious omissions or additions... I totally get some are just preference.

I had spec'd Bose instead of the 4 zone climate control and passenger display (the option for Bose disappeared for a while and the kids got their way having worked out how to use the configurator). I think Bose is back now but I am at the point where I don't want to spend anymore so I'm adding and omitting now...

Then just a long wait!

On top of personnal préférences, there's one must have options that is missing which is rear wheels steering.

It's not just a performance options but more a quality of life improvement as it makes the (huge) Taycan behave like a much smaller car and helps a lot in tight areas (parking lots, small streets, u-turn)

Also ACC (even if you don't plan to use it a lot) grants the necessary sensors to be able to spec later (or not) innodrive and/or active lane keeping. It might be a smart option to spec on a resell point of view

Almost the same spec as mine but I didn't take the passenger display (I don't like passengers touching my screens and IMO, it's a gimmick as it doesn't add any new features) and I ordered the Rear Wheels Steering.

Also if you like the black accent I would take the lower part of the mirrors in jet black. Small touch but it makes a difference.

Auto dim mirrors if any night driving.
2+1 rear seating seems the norm for CTs even if it never gets used.
I don't think many people use the sport sound once the novelty wears off.
EDIT- re rear steer, I have it, but don't think it's essential, especially if you're used to similar wheelbase vehicles.

I see you’ve gone for black accents on the exterior. What colour interior have you opted?

I’d suggest adding the brushed black aluminium sill protectors (no charge option) to keep the ‘dark’ look between exterior and interior?

I have the passenger display and hardly use it.. my wife doesn’t touch it even. I’d save the money towards rear wheel steering.

Thanks all, some useful intel… I think I’m gonna disappoint the kids and lose the passenger display and spec the rear wheel steering. I do have the four plus one seat (forgot to mention that) and was going with standard grey interior. I like the idea of the accents in the cill and mirror upgrade so thanks again.
