Live traffic information on Navigation System stopped working

Hi

I have the Taycan 4S Cross Turismo 2022. After having the over the air (OTA) unit replaced I noticed the live traffic information was not working. A real pain in the neck as you drive in to a traffic jam that could easily be avoided. It has been back to the dealer a few times to get the issue sorted. The PCM was reset many times, the privacy settings reviewed and tested when in priviacy or out of privacy mode and al the options have still not fixed the issue. It has been passed to the manufacturer for a fix. Anyone else had any issues with live traffic and if so have you had it fixed.

Also what range are people enjoying, a full charge takes me to 200 miles rather than anywhere near the manufacturers numbers. Good to hear what others are getting from their Taycan

Have you checked your Porsche Connect Services (Web Site) to ensure all are active - specifically Navigation Plus -

it should be active for 3 years I think but just in case.

Other things to check:

Range will never match the WLTP figures - you need to be in a lab for that - so the range you have just now is on the mark - will elevate when it gets warmer - 15C+ and a few more miles - expect to get 235 miles minimum over the summer.

Plenty of posts on this forum on Range - I think we've all talked it to death TBH.

Not sure about traffic predictions, I rarely go places with heavy traffic.
My car estimated range has increased over the last couple of weeks from around 200 to around 250 miles, I haven’t been far enough to test the actual range though, I have charged at home except 2 days since I bought it.
