Logged in within car and app - no remote access

As the title says, I am logged into my account with in my car and on my app, but all of a sudden, I no longer have remote access. The app is telling me to log my car into my account in order to gain access… Which it already is. I logged out, log back in, etc. and still not working. I tried toggling private mode on and then off again and still to no avail.

Any ideas?

First, ensure that the car has wireless data access. Ensure that you see LTE symbol in upper right of PCM. If LTE does not appear, then the car does not have data connection to the internet.
And, check to see that in the PCM, privacy/private mode is deactivated.

If LTE is present in PCM, and the app says -- no remote access, log in to the account in the car, that was same situation I had. I found the solution when checking access by using the Porsche Connect app - the app that Porsche said has been replaced by MyPorsche. In that app, the no remote access text says: log into the account in the car. If the account is the primary account, delete the primary account and re-add it in the car.
That solution worked for me.

Note: there are other people in the forum who had connectivity problems and reported that when they deleted their account from the car, they were unable to readd it and could only use guest mode. So be aware there are risks. But the solution that the connect app said, which I used, resolved the problem for me.
