- Taycan Base 2022
I have similar situation but not by 2 year old but instead because of freezing of the pin socket that snapped the pin from it's root. Just went today to buy a new pin from Porsche Helsinki (12 EUR) and should be easy to replace...still have to try and see how that goes...technically it should be replaceable you anyone but I need some pliers to get the stub out of the charging port door.
Stupid plastic design...
New bit to be inserted:
UPDATE : Got the damn thing changed...the base had to be turned clockwise to open and counter-clockwise to snap back in. Pretty tight to close and used pliers but with as little force as possible so that I won't crack the new thing. Would be great if this could be 3d-printed as this is prone to fail in future as well..The rubber on top is probably just for insulation for water not to get inside and freeze.
