Here's how I got here since 1964, through 26 vehicles, two wives, three sons, five grandsons, and early-, mid-, and late-life crises:

And now I'm here, driving #27, since June, 2026:

This car specced as I might have done it in 2020:

Regrets? Certainly not about buying a used Taycan 4S — but I should have held on to the MGA Coupe, BMW 2002, and all three M3s.

It's been a pleasure so far to be a newbe in this community. I learn more about this spectacular car every day. Thanks!

Funny - my mother-in-law saw my car for the first time a few days ago and told my wife, "Well now I guess he'll sell his MG?" (I have a '52 TD.) My wife just laughed.

Great post Craig, you should have kept your first beetle LOL it'll still be going somewhere i enjoyed looking at some of your cars checking a few i had. I also had a 2002 (as a retro car in the 90's) George - Cracking pics
