My Porsche App not working since Mar 14th

I get the red dot as it relates to status. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened for an extended period. The PCM is indicating that there is a good LTE connection.

Last time I called PCNA but I am not sure that they actually did something that fixed it….

Anyone else having similar issues?
