I have looked at the feature list and do not see any new features offered via FOD. My car already has ACC. I wanted to add Innodrive and LKA but do not have that option presented to me via FOD.

Ok so if your car is MY20 that might be a further limitation. Lane Keep Assist (as opposed to Lane Change (LEDs in mirrors) is standard in UK (MY21) not sure about US.

If in doubt check with your dealer but the route described is the way to FoD options where available.

What have USA MY20 owners experienced after the software upgrade? Were the FoD options available to you after the immediate OTA downloads installed, or was there a delay? Did the FoD options simply appear on the list of Services available on the My Porsche website?

These OTA updates are nothing to get excited about per se and can be map, news weather updates etc. If your car needs them then you'll get a notification in the PCM if online updates are enabled.

After the upgrade, I received the standard OTA updates like Apple Music/Podcast, Weather, News, etc. I have not had the options presented for the FoD upgraded features such as Innodrive, which I would like to install as an upgrade. Do you have ACC currently? If not then Innodrive is a not available FoD. MY20 cars appear to be limited in getting this option even if they have ACC - search the forum as I think others have called this out.

Yes, I have factory-installed ACC which is why I am surprised that Innodrive is not being offered as an FoD.

Does it appear listed on My Porsche as an available service - I assume not?

No, the only new available service that I was offered was the free "Breakdown Call" service.

I honestly don't know but it may be a hardware limitation on the original build that the software isn't compatible with.

I've heard that the version available on MY21 via FoD wasn't the same as the factory fitted option which may also be a reason to remove from FoD.

I connected my dealership. Seems to be a server side issue with MY20 car with ACC doesn't have innodrive or ALK as FOD. The options were there before I got breakdown call and after I purchase it they both disappeared .

Yep that could be so. If you have ACC then Innodrive is an FoD.
