New guy here with a few general questions Panamera VS Taycan

Sorry this is sort of a weird question but I am partial to the Blue colors.

That’s really personal preference.

I love blue. I’ve had multiple blue cars. Multiple blue guitars. Right now phone background is a blue guitar and my DD is a blue Macan.

Than said, I wouldn’t get Gentian or Neptune. Gentian is too dark and Neptune is too flat/dull. Sapphire Blue Metallic is one of my favorite blues.

However, that’s just my opinion for myself. There are others that like both colors very much. Lots of people rave about Gentian on the RL 992 forum.

Can confirm, I had a Panamera loaner once and it felt like driving a school bus.

Utter tosh (sorry). I owned one for 3 years prior to my Taycan and any analogy with a school bus (American or otherwise) is unwarranted. In many ways it is a better car than the Taycan.

I have always wanted a 4 door 911.
The Panamera looks like a fat bloated 4 door 911.
The Taycan is a slim sleek perfect 4 door evolution of the 911.
It is the future!
Like garlic bread!

I understand. Compared to the 991 Targa I was driving, it felt like a school bus to me. I do not like big cars and in fact wish the Taycan was a shorter coupe. It's a placeholder until they make the EV I want.

In other news…. Dealer just told me the 2023 allocations may come out not that much later than the 2022’s next batch. Hopefully 2023 sees a few improvements

Finally received taycan back today. Measured interior front seat dimensions and, as we su they’re almost identical.

Distance between door arm rests:
Taycan: 54”
Panny: 54”

Distance between driver and passenger glass:
Taycan: 62”
Panamera: 63”

With all of this said, the Taycan cockpit does feel smaller for some reason but dimensions are almost identical for driver and passenger space.

Rear leg space is better in Panamera - I had the electric two seat option rather than the bench which was marvellous.
