Why does the Taycan not have any headlamp washers? Is it because of the lamp design, aerodynamics, cost saving, weight saving or other?

No idea, but there are washers for the Night View Assist and reversing cameras!

Yay for no headlamp washers, because I always lived in fear that I'd forget they exist and use the windshield washer with the headlamps on and cover the front of the car in washer fluid.

...and then choke on the alcohol smell that some of my prev German cars would have from the German washer fluid.

Washers are a must-have for Xenon lamps with light emission greater than 2000 lumen - typically corresponds to 25W power. The rule does not apply for LED headlights such as the Taycan has.
One of the reasons for Tesla having shipped the earlier Model S versions with 25W lamps only, just to save costs for the washers. I did really dislike this practice, and changed to a 35W beam which is a legally grey area here. Later Tesla versions came with LED though.
