Mine stopped working on 4/15. Tried PCM reset but no joy. Looks like I need to contact the dealer. Ugh.

Per Dealer: "Porsche instructed us to order the over-the-air control unit which is located in the center console. "

Let's hope this resolves it.
How long did it take them to get the part last time? I noticed you posted on 15th April that OPC was waiting fir advice from PCNA has this only just come through?

One day to get the part.
Two weeks to get the advice/instruction from PCNA and/or PC.Germany.

That's good on parts supply. Mine is in to Porsche Retail Group (Porsche GB) next Thursday to run diagnostic tests on Comm Box and OTA modules. Hopefully they can get parts next day if required.

Service Advisor noted that the part was 'available locally'.

Well what do you know.... my LTE connection came back this afternoon, 6 days after I lost connectivity.
I'm not sure what to think now. I have a booking at PRG Guildford on Thursday, do I keep this.... will they find anything ?
I may cancel and rebook at Reading for the end of May and see how it goes. I'll talk to them on Tuesday to see if it is worth sticking with next week's appointment for diagnostics.

Quick Update: 4.30.2023

Picked up the car yesterday. Things seem to be working. Just a quick note, everything was reset. Looking over the notes, it seems they had to reprogram everything, emphasis on everything! This is in addition to replacing the OTA module.
LTE related services appear fully functional.
Smartlift seems to be working.

I’ll post more details as I review the book report of a service order.

For now, I am hopeful the fixes hold and no new issues crop up.

Prior to the connectivity going off-line, how was the performance of the data services? Was it intermittent, slow, and or non-responsive?

I would suggest keeping the appointment so they can run the battery of diagnostics on it.

It was fine, other than the integrated Spotify App which has never been any good

Quick update 5.11.2023

Data services and Smartlift has been working during the limited use of the car. However the car is back in the shop as the PCM display failed; it displayed a green blank screen. They intend to replace the “screen”. Now the waiting yet again….

Update: 6.30.2023

We've been having on and off issues with Apple Music, Apple Podcasts wherein we got one of the following errors:
- Function not available
- Error registering (with a random error code) plus a depiction of a QR code with a cancel bar across of it.
- No Apple Music, Apple Podcast or Spotify selections (not even a greyed out one)

We've retried unlinking and linking the services from the app and the website to no avail.
We've tried to reboot the PCM (via the 2 finger salute) to no avail.

Additionally, the PCM will randomly not boot up and get stuck on the PORSCHE logo.

As of this moment the car is back at the dealer.
- We've been advised by our SA that Porsche as a bulletin to "Not replace the PCM" for these issues.
- sidenote: our PCM had already been replaced at another time (per our SA)
