interesting sound in the front of the car. Seems to go off when the car is turned off. Is this the heater running? All is well, just interesting.

That’s probably the ac charger. A fan comes on when it probes the available ac power.

The other thing up there is the climate control, which is for the battery and interior. I wonder why that would be on when stopped?

Never heard of that. I’ll check it out. Once I parked the car in the garage and turned the car off, it stopped making that noise. Just a little odd.
