SFD2 protocols, it actually started sometime in 2024MY builds, well at least on it's sister platform mate, the e-tron GT.
SFD2 is also present on my wife's 2024 Audi Q8 eTron (not the Taycan cousin) - not all ECU's are protected, but a lot. Sadly, this means I cannot do much coding using simple tools. Even OBDeleven, which works with SDF, does not support SDF2. I only want a handful of customizations on that car (such as automatic parking brake engagement), so not planning on spending time and money to hack it.

yes, but I recommend sitting in the car! :D
I prefer to have the laptop(s) and any sniffers on the roof of the car (on some soft padding not to scratch the roof), with only 1 OBD cable going into the car - kind of like a "standing desk" setup. I do that in the garage of course, so no weather issues.

this would not work, as many of these sessions shown above took several hours, so you need power cables as well as a seat (in my age :D)

I do run power cables to the laptop(s) on the roof. Still easier for me on the roof than getting in and out of the tight car with equipment connected (actually managed to kick the OBD connector off a couple of times when doing that). I even considered using the wifi feature of the OBD to just sit comfortably in my office while playing with it, but I like seeing what the car does when I’m connected.

The obvious solution is to bring the Taycan into your living room via the car elevator. Even footballers have figured this out.

it sniffs the traffic between PIWIS and the car.
if @prj is able to read the BMS via UDS over IP the rest would be the same as it's more or less the same $22 readbyid commands.
PIWIS can also be set into a kind of a debug / engineering mode that logs all the traffic between.
Whoever has a PIWIS(clone) and a J1.2 could do that I think.

Car Scanner shows SOH in 2025, just the calculation was probably modified by Porsche.

This forum post is a clue:
98.4 % SOH - PIWIS flash test
67.564 % SOH - Car Scanner
new multiplier: 98.4 / 67.564 = 1.4563968 ?

Maybe a few more PIWIS flash tests vs. CarScanner SOH would suffice to get a right multiplier?

Another FL car shows 66.65% SOH:

I used OBD-scanner on my my26 Taycan 4S.. SOH showed 67,69% SoH at the first day at <100km on the clock.
It was able to read the cell voltages and SoC.

I used the same Dongle and Carscanner on my '23 Taycan. SoH was read correctly on that car.

My car was showing 67.18% SOH in carscanner pro at delivery.
What makes you think it is a linear function to the actual SOH ? i thought it was a data mapping issue, so i assumed it could result from any random parameter like time of day, temperature, ...

Same here… 4S, MY25…SoH 67,69% 🤷‍♂️
I tested with @electricsidecar app, got same % as well.

my four years old CT4 had 88% (65k km).
