Only instrument cluster displays

Has anyone one encountered the problem that only the instrument cluster display comes on? It seems like the touch surfaces work, but the displays on the other screens are not rendering anything. They are on, though. Things like park distance control, and Apple CarPlay work, but without any display.

I am taking it in today to have it looked at. The technician said he had only seen this in cars before PDI/prep.

No seen this before but could be the PDI wasn't completed fully (would not be the first time with other issues reported on this forum attributed to poor PDI).

Happened to me once while driving on a highway... a bit scary. Screens did came back after 1 or 2 minutes however.

None of the screens came on yesterday, but today everything worked, albeit far more slowly than usual. It is being looked at today. I am a bit annoyed the problem is not precisely as it was yesterday, though. “But it doesn’t work on my machine is not a good diagnostic”

Yes, experienced this a couple of times, clears itself after a lock and leave.

The "central computer PCM" (new computer is PAD-035-092-X) and "anti-theft alarm sensor" were replaced. It seems to be working so far, but the problem was intermittent, so I will become more sure it is working over time.
