Playlist on iPhone aren't synced

I have a few playlists on Apple Music on my paired iPhone. The songs are showing as per the first sync of the list and I've changed them since then. Now the songs are completely out of sync. Any suggestions ?

The whole thing is clunky, sometimes my playlists appear sometimes not and sometimes it wont play the songs Even when they do show!! I assume its due to the LTE in the car

Yeah, but this is plain bluetooth I think. The direct apple music on LTE is working but I'm in a low signal area so am using bluetooth.
