My charger plug 14/50 plug has been replaced as part of the previous recall on the portable changer.
The main plug is not overheating anymore but my car went in error during charge at 100% many times.
I realized that the connector J1772 overheat and was at 120 Fahrenheit as the garage temperature was at 70. Something was wrong and I taught the car had an issue.
I opened up the plug and realized that one pin overheat as the color changed a bit a the cable isolation did not liked it.
I re-clamp the pin and the issue is gone as I can charge normally. The temperature is less that 100 degree now.
Just in case you had the same issue.
