Porsche App charging info frozen

A few days ago the My Porsche App was showing 70% charge and charging plug not connected even though the car was at 85% and cord was still connected after an overnight charge. App says it is updatIng regularly. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and re install but nothing changed. Dealer service rep tells me they have no control over the app. Frustrating.
Any thoughts?

Do the other functions of the app work, or is problem just display of charge? Do commands to the car from the app work?

This has happened on and off since the Taycan launch.

I dodnt think its symptomatic of an issue with the car but could be some of the dependent cloud based services are undergoing some form of maintenance. Not an issue currently in UK .
