Porsche app route planner down?

Hi
For the past 3 days it seems that I cannot plan a route in the Porsche app on my phone for any destination. Do you guys have the same?


Route calculation not possible


Possible reasons: There is no suitable charging infrastructure on the selected route. The next charging station cannot be reached with the current battery charge.

Yes same with me today. I have used it this weekend and it worked.

It can still show a route but only within the SoC range.

you should be able to navigateto a short destination

probleem seems to be adding chargers.

I have seen this before a couple of months ago. Solved itself after a couple of days.

Yep, looks like there is no service for whatever reason (updates in progress perhaps) - either on the app or My Porsche Website.

Same problem occurded to me saturday 7th january.

Im having this problem "Route calculation not possible" currently, for a route Im doing tomorrow, that Im pretty sure worked fined when I checked about a month ago.
