Porsche charge card

Good morning all,

Back in January there were a couple of occasions where I charged at the main dealership using my charge card and the session did not show up on the history section and then was not invoiced, on the second occasion I did go into the dealership to let them though however they were not overly interested...

I do not often need to charge using the card as we have charging at work but again last weekend I used my card to charge at an instavolt station and again this has not registered.

I have checked by bank to check I have the correct debit card linked etc and all seems good.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this previously?

Charges take a.month to appear typically.so it could be a timing thing.

Check your card details on the app and that the cars you have matches.

I had a similar experience at Shell in early March. I am still waiting for the charge to come through. I am working on the basis that it will be at the end of the month when my invoice is created.

@W1NGE good point about the payment method. I have just checked mine and that is still valid, so that is not the reason. Hopefully it will show up, if not I will contact Porsche.

Why?

Occassionally, charging sessions don't get invoiced. I've had a few over the years. At no point did I feel the need to contact Porsche and tell them.
