Porsche Charging Service (EU) and Billing

So I've been using the Porsche Charging Service for a few months now (all Ionity) and I've never received a bill, invoice or a charge against my card on My Porsche account.

I've emailed Porsche Connect Helpline about it in Germany but they only give nonsense answers like - yes, you'll be charged every month, when I ask why I've never been charged.

Is everyone else billed monthly?

Yeah, it gets charged to my credit card every month.

This has just been resolved by Porsche Connect support desk with the help of IT. Got (and paid) my first invoice six months after signup! Hopefully run smoothly from now on.
