My Porsche connect was scheduled to auto renew on Oct 31 but failed.

I opened a ticket and was told it could take 5 - 7 days to sort out?

Has anyone had this experience?

Are they updating the software on my phone app or is there an over the wire update to the car.

I was told that Germany would have to reset something and try the download again.

I can charge the car manually but don’t seem to know how I can access any charging timers from inside the car.

Does this make sense?

Thanks Jeff

The Porsche Connect service renewal is a change to your car's profile on Porsche servers. Once the subscription is renewed there, the services will be re-enabled on your vehicle, and your app will be able to access the car remotely.

You can check status of the services in the car from the PCM: Home >>> settings >>> Privacy & Porsche Connect settings >>> Porsche Connect Services

Remote access to the car from your app is one of the connect services.

I'm not sure what you mean by "how can I access any charging timers from inside the car"?
You will not be able to do that remotely from your phone until Porsche Connect is re-activated.
To access timers from the PCM: Home >>> Charging gives you access to timers and profiles from inside the car.
