Hi, how long did it take for Porsche Connect to show as active in your apps ?
Been nearly a week now and I’m still not showing as connected.

did your issue ever get resolved? I am having issues now, had no problems for months when I took delivery. But I made the mistake of ordering the WIFI and that started the calls to the PCNA. OMG the pain and now it's worse all the services after a reset that I should have never done have taken all my services and made them stuck in activation. calls to PCNA are useless no answers and no answers from dealer either... never buying a porch again.

Just a side note to this thread!
My Porsche connect was due for renewal last month, however, last October through November, it didn't work at all for six weeks, it was only rectified when it was in for a recall update.
I phoned connect and asked if it could be extended for six weeks because of the service failure, they said no, because I wasn't the first owner, a bit miffed about that meanness
I have to say, I dont miss it at all! I have tracking, and it still works, the only disappointment is from my little grand daughter as the Fun kids radio station has disappeared, apart from that, I can see the battery level on my car dash, its just like seeing the fuel gauge on my previous Macan in that respect

I wanted to give an update on the resolution for my wifi issue. PCNA was able to reverse the process after a few tries and I have been working ever since. With no problems at all. I have had some other connection issues but they seemed to be able and were handled via the dealer with a reset of the logic board that controls access to the PCM. The only issues I have had with the vehicle in 20K miles have all been with the PCM, I love the car and the ride and the feel behind the wheel and I am a very happy owner just have a few Germain gremlins that show up from time to time, and annoy this English man living in the USA

I still don't follow so therefore curious.

When you say wifi do you mean connecting a mobile device to the PCM or do you mean the optional data package for cellular connection (which isn't WiFi)?
