Hi

I used the Porsche Connect app a few months ago to preheat the car while it was in charge. It took 1 hour and it did it, however I have never managed to preheat the car again since then. I have set it from the app while the car is in charge and it starts a 1 hour countdown timer but nothing happens to the car after that. Has anyone else had this issue?

How did you initiate it - via the Climate menu on the app or as part of a timer?

Could be one is overriding the other. If not charging then use the Climate option otherwise build into your charging timer.

It is not an hour countdown. It will preheat the car for one hour then stop. At least that’s how I have been using the precool in summer these days.

PS: If you want to set a time use the timer function to set a departure time.

Yes I know how it works but if you are charging and then additionally use the app to initiate a pre-heat / cool rather than via the timer then it will conflict.

Try it when the car isn't charging.
