Lost my Manuel and I am trying to register my wall charger with APP
Is there another way to retrieve that number from the box?

Porsche customer service can provide it to you over the phone after verifying your ownership. That worked for me as the third owner.

Would have thought Porsche ID and password as per PMCC and / or QR code would be enough.

I have the serial number and the PUK number, but the app does not accept the information from Porsche.

The serial number is easy to confirm since it is on the back of the unit.

My guess is that it is the PUK number that is at fault.

As far as I can tell, the only effect is that on the way home from a planned journey the planner cannot reference your charger as a planned stop.

PUK is only needed if you forget your PIN or am I misunderstanding something?

Also when I called to retrieve my PUK number, I was told the number is only valid for a period of time, so it may need to be refreshed. Try calling Porsche UK and attempt to reset and retrieve that PUK number again. Just ensure that you're on front of the unit, powered on and ready to enter the number

This is how you register your charger in the My Porsche app.

You will see that a PUK is required.

I have had many conversations with Porsche UK, but no solution forthcoming. My dealer advised that many have experienced the same problem.

I have all of the following details for the charger, is there a way to use them to log in top the charger to see what can be found?

WiFi name (SSID) ICCPD-0000***
WiFi password VPwR****
Hostname ICCPD-0000****
Password webconfig 1DQk***
Password service user CrUD****
