PUK is only needed if you forget your PIN or am I misunderstanding something?I have the serial number and the PUK number, but the app does not accept the information from Porsche.
The serial number is easy to confirm since it is on the back of the unit.
My guess is that it is the PUK number that is at fault.
As far as I can tell, the only effect is that on the way home from a planned journey the planner cannot reference your charger as a planned stop.

Also when I called to retrieve my PUK number, I was told the number is only valid for a period of time, so it may need to be refreshed. Try calling Porsche UK and attempt to reset and retrieve that PUK number again.
