Its sorted, the dealer are helping me out with it.

Apparently they don't come with trackers pre installed now.

From launch PVTS was a separate unit and required dealer activation. By MY23 PVTS became integrated into the PCM which meant that no dealer intervention was required to pair the 2 PVTS tracker fobs to the tracker unit and if the customer wanted the service they simply had to go to My Porsche and sign-up for the PVTS service (hosted by Vodafone).

So did your car come with 2 tracker fobs or not?

Ive not picked it up, not even seen it in the flesh. It must not have 2 fobs, as the sales person would have mentioned it.

He said our website is wrong, it's not included in new models, because that's the case, we will cover the installation costs.

Yes it's a facelift.

Righto..that explains it then - I think you originally said the car was a 2024 model which took me down a rabbit hole. Facelift is MY25 (model year changes in Jul’XX).
