Radio stopped working

My 2022 Taycan CT has been trouble free until last night. After dinner my wife got the car out of the parking lot ( I’m too old to walk very far) and when I got in the radio had no volume. I turned the volume way up to no avail; later I locked the car overnight and when I got back in the radio played a few seconds and then went dead again. I decided to load the latest OTA update just to be sure but no dice. I haven’t try car play yet. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had a similar issue on my 2025 4S ST a couple of weeks ago. Drove to the Midlands radio, Spotify and Android Auto all working fine. Got in to drive hone and no audio on any source. Stopped at Oxford Services for a coffee and upon my return to the car audio was fine. It has been OK ever since. Have you tried a 2 finger reboot of the PCM? Sadly on J1.2 models they have removed the 2 finger reset with the last software update

Before I saw your reply I did manage to make the radio work again but I wanted to wait overnight to be sure. I had tried the lock the door reset but not the 2 finger one. I tried Car Play but the music didn’t work on that either. Then I tried Apple maps and that appeared to work. I retried Apple Music which then worked and by some miracle my radio worked again too and has been fine today. Some weird software bug I guess.
