Radio Volume Still A Problem?

So, I just took delivery of my Taycan GTS ST. Obviously I love it. Except...the radio doesn't work. No sound when using Spotify, android auto, or just the standard FM radio. I found a couple of old posts (2-3 yrs) sort of describing this issue but I'm surprised it still exists. Tried the PCM reset, checked the obvious things like mute, etc. Even checked my phone volume to ensure it was turned up. Any suggestions on what I might be missing or how this could be resolved? Hoping to avoid a 2hr trip to a service center.

I've had this on occasion, switching from Spotify to dab then turning it up sometimes resolves it.

I've noticed it usually happens when in poor reception, and listening to Spotify, at which point due to bad reception it switches to android auto (spotify) and gets itself in a kerfuffle.

Try switching to android auto, then back to Spotify.

Also has this issue. Had to turn off the car let it sit then back on, start on the FM radio and adjust the volume to your liking then go back to CarPlay. Buggy software is buggy. ?

Turns out, not only did the radio not have sounds, but there was no navigation or phone audio either. Ended up taking it in to the Service Center. Diagnosis: PCM was not properly programmed. They updated the software and all is well. And, they had really good snacks in the lounge.
