Hello,
I have a Hypervolt V3, and lately I've had a few random charging problems, twice that the charger itself was offline, however this morning I noticed the car hadn't charged overnight, and the Hypervolt app was telling me that the charger was ready, but the EV was preventing it from charging...
I don't have Porsche Connect, so set all my charging schedules via the Hypervolt app. I also set the preheat timer in the car to heat for me leaving each morning. In general this has worked very well.
I noticed when I went out to the car to check why i wasn't charging, as soon as I went near the car and the doors unlocked, it seemed to spring to life and commence charging. The car on this occasion also hadn't preheated, despite being set to do so.
It's almost as if the car had gone into sleep mode, wouldn't speak to the charger, and wouldn't activate the preheat according to the timer.
Has anyone experienced this before and identified the cause? Thankfully I had enough range to get to work, however it's concerning if this is going to be unpredictable.
