How cold?
I didn’t drive since Sunday, there was around zero (down to -3C) and preheat worked today.

Yep just turned it on full blast and works

I had the same problem as OP above with the My Porsche app, so I decided to try preheating the climate control from the PCM this morning. Nope, guess it didn't want to cooperate. ?

It was maybe 38°F this morning, and the car was charging in the garage all night (at the comfortable level of 20A, thanks to the PMCC).

Not saying this is the case here, but pretty certain that happened to me a couple of times around when my heater failed.

Both the error on the app and in the car.
