Do you already have an adapter which will let you AC charge from Tesla connector? Tesla does not sell those (except the built in one in the universal wall connector). There are some inexpensive ones (as low as $30 on a good sale for a off-brand 80A adapter) ranging to TeslaTap at $300+. If only charging at home on 30A, a 30A or higher adapter will do (typically 32A or 40A ar the low end) but if planning to use it with Tesla destination chargers outside of your home, get one that matches your Tayan’s capabilities (48A for standard Taycan, 80A for Taycan with 19.2KW upgrade).
i was going to purchase this one that i had mentioned

As long as your Taycan doesn't have the 19.2KW onboard charger, you should be good with this one. :like: If your Taycan does have this upgrade, don't use this charger outside of your home (technically anywhere with 48A or less would be fine, but there are chargers out there with higher currents and a Taycan with 19.2KW upgrade, option code "KB4 19.2 kW On-Board Charger" like mine, can draw up to 80A, so the adapter you linked would not be safe to use unless you are sure the EVSE cannot provide more than 48A).

all I saw in the build sheet was 150 kw dc Charger along with the performance battery plus 93.4 maybe I should check with the dealer again

In MyPorsche app, go to "My Garage" (picture of a car in a garage on top right of the Vehicle screen). Then click on your car. Then click on "Technical details", then click on "Included Options". This should list every option your car has. 80A charger will be listed under E-Mobility as 22 KW (it's only 19.2KW, but in EU on 3 phase power this option code is for 22KW upgrade). Here is what it looks like on my car (which has the 80A option, I use it every day).

Porsche Taycan Replacement charger recommendation? 1727773893937-qc

Caveat, I don't know if it will show up in the app if the option was added after delivery. The upgraded charger technically is an option that Porsche officially supports as a retrofit, though a very expensive one (over $8K IIRC, mostly labor, vs. $1,200 if ordered with the car), so probably not a lot of people would be willing to pay for it.

thanks for the guidance I was able to confirm that I don’t have that option only the on-board dc-charger with 150 kw
