Rhythmic right-front clicking

Hi

Just seeing if anyone has any thoughts about the rhythmic right-front clicking sound when turning left; attached video. Also intermittently get a hollow sound going over bumps from the front right.

Trying to establish if it’s a known issue and if anyone had it fixed under extended warranty?

(excuse the dirty looking car …. Hosepipe ban!!)
