hey all,
found something really weird of my August 2023 produced Taycan today.
All door handles except the driver's side have the same round plastic knob under them. It can be seen when they are popped out or, even better, when you pull on them to open the door. The driver's side does not have it, having a place to insert the key instead.
All three doors that have these knobs (e.g. rear right/left, as well as front passenger) have developed what looks like surface rust circles around those plastic bits. It might, of course, be some kind of technical grease (?) in the same colour, but it does not look like it and does not really come off with a finger. The car has never been repaired, so it is all factory paint. It has only been ceramic coated and is garaged all year round.
Wondering if you have seen anything like this on your cars?
It is scheduled for it's first maintenance (2 years - 30k km) this July and I will show it to the dealer, but was really surprised to randomly spot something like that.
